  • For application at a branch

    Visit any OCBC bank branch or our OCBC Securities office with these supporting documents:

    1. Your original identification document(s):
      • For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents: Either NRIC or both SAF/SPF ID and passport
      • For Malaysians: IC and Singapore Residence Pass (e.g. Employment Pass) if applicable
      • For foreigners: Valid passport and Singapore Residence Pass (e.g. Employment Pass) if applicable
    2. The original identification or electronic copy of any of the following documents (no older than 3 months):
      • Bank statement from a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licensed bank
      • Latest CPF statement
      • Latest Notice of Assessment from IRAS
    3. For applicants aged 20 and below: Appropriateness assessment questionnaire and risk disclosure statement

    Note: If your mailing address is different from your residential address, please provide one document for each address.

  • For application via mail

    1. Complete the following form(s):

    2. Prepare your identification document(s):

      • For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents: Either NRIC or both SAF/SPF ID and passport
      • For Malaysians: IC and Singapore Residence Pass (e.g. Employment Pass) if applicable
      • For foreigners: Valid passport and Singapore Residence Pass (e.g. Employment Pass) if applicable

    3. Bring your original identification document, a photocopy and the account application form to one of the following parties so they may witness your signing the form and certify true copy of your ID:

      • Notary Public
      • Advocates & Solicitors
      • Singapore Embassy

      Note: The witnessing officer should provide his/her name and contact details.

    4. Prepare the original identification or electronic copy of any of the following documents (no older than 3 months):

      • Bank statement from a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licensed bank
      • Latest CPF statement
      • Latest Notice of Assessment from IRAS
